Peer practice supervision specialist · Based in Queensland · Providing services across Australia

Liz established her consultancy in response to something she observed clearly: peer workers experiencing angst and isolation, without the support structures their roles demanded. Supervision became the vehicle — a regular monthly space for reflective contemplation, and for exploring what might be possible.
Growth came through the peer supervision scholarship program with The Collaborative, appearances with Lived Experience Australia, and consistently through word of mouth. Liz has never ceased a client relationship — some clients have worked with her for over seven years.
Liz does not use clinical framing or deficit-based language. Every client interaction is shaped by seven core values.
| Value | What It Means in Practice |
|---|---|
| Safety | The first impression is always warmth — Liz is the anti-threat in every room she enters |
| Integrity | She stands behind the standard of everything she produces and every commitment she makes |
| Mutuality | Reciprocal benefit matters — the relationship is never one-directional. Liz works in connection, and thrives in your success |
| Authenticity | Expertise is found in our relationships and the work we do together — no one is the expert, we create shared wisdom |
| Grounded warmth | Present, real, and human — never performative, never clinical |
| Ethical practice | Deeply aligned with peer values and carried through all client interactions |
| Stretch and growth | Clients are drawn to Liz because she helps them reveal what was always there |
