What Liz Offers

Peer practice supervision, professional development, consultancy and training

Peer Practice Supervision

Individual and group supervision for peer workers. Relational, growth-oriented, and grounded in lived experience values. Monthly, fortnightly, or tailored scheduling. Available nationally via video or phone.

Organisational Consultancy & Project Management

Peer workforce design and review, policy and framework development, supervision structure and workforce planning, and consumer and carer engagement strategies. Project management runs from small, short-term engagements undertaken with intention, through to the development and implementation of policy, training and innovation for reform — including partnership work.

Training & Facilitation

Workshops and webinars across the lived experience sector. Topics include supervision skills, peer workforce mentoring, and ethical values-based practice.

Speaking & Presentations

A thoughtful and engaging presenter bringing practice wisdom and authentic voice to conferences, community of practice events, and professional development forums.

This work spans PHN engagement and partnerships, and representation and voice in commissioning.
